  • The gallery is filled with original fine art providing sophisticated, elegant and colorful decor. Your guests will be immersed in an atmosphere and ambience only a space bursting with original art can create. You may decorate the tables with your own tablecloths (or use ours), centerpieces, etc. You may dress the chairs with covers or sashes you provide. You may not move the art or hang anything on the walls or over the artworks.

  • We require that any food served on the property be done so by a licensed and insured caterer. Caterers must be pre-approved. An excellent choice is George’s Cafe and Catering conveniently located next door.

  • You may bring your own alcoholic beverages for your caterer or bartender to serve.

  • Special event insurance is required which you may purchase through our preferred vendor for $104.

  • You may use our wireless microphone and speaker for an additional charge of $45.

  • Vintage and decorative dinnerware and table settings are available for an additional charge for a seated breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

    We LOVE Tea Parties! Vintage and colorful tea cups, saucers, specialty teapots, 3 tier platters, linens, table runners, chair sashes and more are available for an additional charge.
