This lovely oil painting is a scene from shortly after Hurricane Irma and Maria passed through the Caribbean Island of Culebra. The sun of a new day rises over the harbor and a damaged dock. The small boat lashed to the dock remains in place and intact, a positive to build on, the starting point of a new beginning.
